Richard F. Rosow , a shareholder in the Minneapolis law firm of Gregerson, Rosow, Johnson & Nilan, Ltd., focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, municipal law, employment, mediation, arbitration and environmental law. His extensive experience in the real estate area includes representing both buyers and sellers in numerous commercial and industrial real estate transactions, representing cities and private parties in the development of property for residential, commercial and industrial purposes, and the mediation and arbitration of real estate disputes. In the employment area Mr. Rosow’s experience includes representing and advising private and public sector employers on a wide array of personnel and employments issues including hiring, discipline and termination, as well as handling employment related disputes, including claims of discrimination.
Mr. Rosow is a certified real property specialist certified by the Real Property Section, Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Rosow is a Qualified Neutral on Minnesota Supreme Court Neutral Roster.
