Personal Bio
Margaret L. Neuville is a Shareholder with Gregerson, Rosow, Johnson & Nilan, Ltd., practicing in the areas of municipal and real estate law. Ms. Neuville serves as City Attorney for municipal clients and provides counsel in real estate, land use, and development matters. She also counsels individual and business clients on a variety of real estate matters, including the purchase and sale of residential and commercial property and commercial leasing.
Ms. Neuville is a summa cum laude graduate of Arizona State University and a magna cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to coming to Gregerson, Rosow, Johnson & Nilan, Ms. Neuville served as a judicial law clerk in Stearns County District Court and as a law clerk to Judge Margaret H. Chutich of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, now of the Minnesota Supreme Court.
